The Headrest cushion is recommended by spine specialists, chiropractors and physiotherapists for the comfortable padding and the optimum support that it provides to the head, neck and shoulders, while preventing injuries caused by sudden vehicle jerks. Refund policy
Standard returns. You can return any product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer. Return pickup is free. Products must not be damaged or spoilt with soiling, tears or stains, must be in donatable condition, and must include the pillow cover.
120 Nights Challenge. Our memory foam pillows also come with a separate 120-night trial for purchases made on our website or on Amazon. To be eligible, register your pillow at support@cushows.com within 48 hours of delivery. Full terms are on our 120 Nights Challenge page.
Damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to support@cushows.com within 48 hours of delivery. You choose: a refund or a replacement.
How to request a return. Use our Return & Exchange form or email support@cushows.com.
Refund timing and method. Approved refunds, including refunds under the 120 Nights Challenge, are processed within 7–10 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to the bank account details you provide.
Conditions.
- Purchases from third-party or distributor channels (such as Amazon or Pepperfry) may follow different return terms. The 120 Nights Challenge does apply to Amazon purchases.
- Products bought from unauthorised sources aren't eligible.
- Each product type can be returned or exchanged once per customer or shipping address. Later orders of that same product type aren't eligible.
- Products shipped outside India aren't eligible for return.
- The Cushows Management Team makes the final decision on all refund requests and may decline requests that don't meet these terms.
