The challenge is applicable on all our memory foam pillows.

Along with the promise of a good night’s sleep, we also promise to respect your decision without asking any questions. You have complete power and liberty to return our memory foam pillow within 120 nights if it does not match your level of comfort or live up to your expectations. In such a scenario, you will be eligible for a full refund which will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 working days. Kindly make sure that the pillow you return is not damaged or spoilt with soiling, tears or stains. The pillow cover must also be returned with the pillow.

Terms & Conditions:

  • To validate this, please register the product within 14 days of delivery from our representative on support@cushows.com.
  • The Cushows 120 Nights Challenge is valid only to 10 pillows per household per year.
  • The 120 Nights Challenge applies only to those people who have directly made their purchase from the website or Amazon  The user will be eligible to avail the refund only if she/he initiates the refund directly with Cushows, and within 120 days following the delivery of the product.
  • The refund policy’s terms and conditions may or may not be applicable on the purchase made from any third party or Cushows Distributor Channels like Amazon, etc.
  • The policy does not hold valid if the product has been purchased from an unauthorized source.
  • The final decision on refund under 120 nights challenge will be made by the Cushows Management Team. The company reserves the complete authority to refuse any requested claim if it doesn’t fulfil the terms and conditions of the 120 Nights Challenge.
  • The refund policy does not hold valid if at least one of a particular product type has already been returned or exchanged by a customer/shipping address from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible to take on additional trials on subsequent orders of the particular product.

Currently we are proving Memory Foam and Luxury Super Soft Foam with Latex Feel.
Memory foam, also called visco-elastic polyurethane foam, gets its name from its ability to remember its original form and slowly return to it after being compressed. Memory foam is sensitive to temperature and pressure, thus easily moulds to the shape of an individual’s body.

If you are looking for a lighter feel, more bounce and a faster response time, then super soft foam with latex feel should be your choice. With infusion of cooling gel it has less heat retention and a better cooling, giving you the comfort of natural latex. Memory foam slowly contours to your body trying to mould to a very exact shape whereas super soft foam with latex feel allows sinkage and compression resulting in more of a generalised compression around the body.

All the products are made fresh on order, hence you may find an odor in the pillow, leave it to airdry for 4-5 hours and the smell will dissipate.

Please use spot clean only for the pillow. For the covers you can handwash or dry clean in case of leather covers. Please do not wash the foam pad.

If you are not available to take delivery, when the courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated after contacting our support team.

Warranty, Offers & Refunds


Once we get the product back, within 7 working days you’ll get the refund.
